Brett Snodgrass is the owner and CEO of Simple Wholesaling - an Indiana based real estate company that provides properties to real estate investors.
Brett has an extremely successful business - selling about 30 homes a month! In just the course of a few short years, he went from being a one-man-show, doing everything himself, to now having a team that handles most of the heavy lifting.
That team also includes VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS, who have become a vital part of his business. In this interview Brett is going to share the huge impact that virtual assistants have have had on his company and his life.
For the past few weeks I’ve been sharing how to work with virtual assistants from an employer point of view. But today, you’re going to hear things from virtual assistants' perspective.
This is important because whether you’re working with a virtual, or local staff - the more insight you have into what motivates the people that work for you - the better results you’re going to get.
I've been working with virtual assistants (VAs) since 2009 - so I've been in the trenches to see what works - and what doesn't - in order to get the best results with VAs.
I'm going to share with you what I consider to be the top 3 mistakes you must avoid when using virtual assistants in your real estate business.
My ultimate goal is to shortcut your success so you avoid pitfalls I've seen many people fall into using virtual assistants. I've even ran into some of these same mistakes myself in the past and my real estate business was significantly better when I corrected them.
If you want to have the best results using virtual assistants in your business, it's beneficial to see how other real estate entrepreneurs are successfully using VAs in their business...
...regardless if you're in the early stages of thinking about using a virtual assistant - or even if you currently have a virtual assistant, but you're looking to get better results.
That's why I'm going to pull back the curtain on my real estate business and share how I've been running my company for almost a decade, primarily with virtual assistants.
My goal is to give you some practical ideas you can take action on to use virtual assistants in your real estate business so you're 10x more productive and efficient.
I've been running my real estate business primarily with a staff of virtual assistants since 2009. Most of my staff lives thousands of miles away - and I've worked with virtual assistants in the Philippines, India, Italy, and also different parts of the United States.
The key to being able to manage a staff located across the globe is to have good online tools in place that will ensure you're able to run your business as smoothly as if your virtual staff were working right down the hall from you.
There’s certain things you must do to ensure you have long terms success with a virtual assistant.
Since hiring, training, and managing a virtual assistant are the important stages you have to consider when working with a VA - I’m going to share one key to success in each of those 3 stages.
I think every real estate entrepreneur that’s looking to work on instead of in your business - as well as level up your income and flexibility - needs to consider using a virtual assistant.
I'm going to give you a little background on why I started using virtual assistants in my business, and provide you the real scoop on the pros and cons of using a virtual assistant. Hopefully by the end of this episode, if you don't already have a virtual assistant then at least your wheels will start turning about taking action to get one.
